3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Service or impair anyone else's use of it.

4. Payment and Subscription Policy

• Billing: We offer paid subscription plans. By choosing a paid plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. All fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Payment Processing: We use a third-party payment processor, Razorpay, to handle all subscription payments. Wobby Wobby does not store or have access to your credit card or payment card details. Your payment information is provided directly to Razorpay, and its use is governed by Razorpay's own privacy policy and terms of service.
• No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partially used periods, downgrades, or unused months. All sales are final.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your profile settings. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.

5. Data Privacy and Security

• Your Data: Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information and habit data are described in our Privacy Policy.
• Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach, we will take commercially reasonable steps to notify affected users, but Wobby Wobby shall not be held liable for any loss or compromise of your data.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
